Čelinac (Serbian Cyrillic: Челинац) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It lies cca. 15 km to the East of Banja Luka. In 1991, the population of Čelinac municipality was 18,666, of which 16,591 were Serbs, 1,440 Muslims, 360 Yugoslavs, 79 Croats, and 196 others.
