(55637) 2002 UX25 (also written as (55637) 2002 UX25) is a large Trans-Neptunian object discovered on October 30, 2002 by the Spacewatch program. It is a mid-sized (as 2002 TX300 or (20000) Varuna) classical Kuiper Belt object (KBO).

A variability of the visual brightness was detected which could be fit to a period of 14.38 or 16.78 h (depending on a single-peaked or double peaked curve).

The object is redder than Varuna, unlike its neutral "twin" 2002 TX300 in spite of similar size and orbit elements.

2002 UX25 has a satellite. The orbit of this satellite has yet to be determined.
