"09-15-00" is a song by Godspeed You! Black Emperor, which appears on Yanqui U.X.O.. It covers tracks 1 and 2 on the CD version, and Side A on the Vinyl version.

By the American dating system, 09-15-00 could refer to the 15th of September, 2000 or 1900 (or any year ending in a double zero). The only event recorded by Wikipedia on that date is the opening ceremony of the Games of the XXVII Olympiad at Sydney. The liner notes in Yanqui U.X.O claim "09-15-00 is Ariel Sharon surrounded by 1,000 Isreali soldiers marching on Al-Haram Ash-Sharif and provoking another intifada", however, Ariel Sharon was at Temple Mount on 09-28-00 making it unclear as to whether or not the date specifically refers to that incident or perhaps others leading up to the al-Aqsa Intifada.

The track was known as 12-28-99 prior to the release of Yanqui U.X.O. This was reported as being the date that guitarist Efrim Menuck's dog Wanda died.
