3 Quarters Dead (or alternatively 3QD) was an American alternative rock band from Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Established in 1999, 3 Quarters Dead unleashed a unique blend of aggression and harmony on the North Carolina rock scene before disbanding in 2005.

Today, vocalist Waylon Reavis performs for Cleveland, Ohio heavy metal band Mushroomhead.
