50th Street and France Avenue also known as 50th & France, is the downtown business neighborhood located in and around the area of 50th Street and France Avenue in Edina, MN and Minneapolis, MN. 50th & France features over 175 retailers and professional services ranging from apparel for men, women and children; jewelers, an array of spas and salons, an art-house movie theatre, countless specialty and gift boutiques, a gourmet grocery store and much more. Art fair

Once a year the 50th & France area transforms itself for the Edina Art Fair, which has served as a national showcase for the fine art since 1966. In 2006, an estimated 70,000 visitors will celebrate the 40th anniversary of this renowned Art Fair[link].
