A. Leonard Allen

Asa Leonard Allen (January 5, 1891–January 5, 1969) was a United States Representative from the state of Louisiana. He served eight terms in Congress as a Democrat.

Allen was born in Winnfield in Winn Parish and attended Louisiana State University. While in Congress, Allen served as chair of the Committee on the Census. He died in Winnfield.
