AV Talk

AV:Talk is an Internet forum for enthusiasts of home cinema, hi-fi and all things audio-visual, both hardware and software. It was founded in April 2003 by Internet celebrity Uncle Eric and has grown to become the UK's largest dedicated home cinema and hi-fi forums, although its membership is international.
Some of AV:Talk's key features are its Home Cinema Gallery, in which members post pictures of their home cinemas, its hardware testing sections and its dedicated manufacturer forums, which provide support for AV products from Velodyne, Auralex, Blue Sky, Anthony Gallo and Lumagen. AV:Talk has recently become well known for its rigorous and highly objective in-depth testing of subwoofers, the results of which are published for the benefit of members and potential purchasers.
AV:Talk also raises significant amounts of money for various charities, with over £7000 being raised in under 3 years.
Forum members regularly get together in 'real life' to attend the now legendary AV:Talk Anniversary and Christmas parties.
