A Dry White Season

A Dry White Season is a 1989 film directed by Euzhan Palcy based upon André Brink's novel with the same name.
The film stars Marlon Brando (who was nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar), Donald Sutherland, Zakes Mokae and Susan Sarandon. It is set in South Africa, and deals with the subject of apartheid.
