Abby Brammell (born March 19, 1979, in Kentucky), is an American television and stage actress. Brammell was raised in San Antonio, Texas where she graduated from Winston Churchill High School in 1997. She then graduated from the Carnegie Mellon University drama school in 2001, and has had recurring roles on Six Feet Under, The Shield, Push, Nevada, , and .
Most recently, she can be seen in The Unit as 'Tiffy Gerhardt,' a sexy housewife who is having an affair with her husband's commanding officer when her husband is on assignment.
Brammell also received good reviews for her performance in North American premier of Christopher Hampton's play, "The Talking Cure," at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles. Brammell is a devout Buddhist, and she helps lead a local Buddhist temple in Pasadena, California, where she currently resides.
