Accor (Euronext: [AC]
All Seasons hotels are mainly in Australia, Dorint and Orbis in Central Europe, and Parthenon Apartments in Brazil. Accor also runs cooking schools, travel companies and casinos. Ticket Restaurant and Luncheon Vouchers are run by them also.
The company is generally considered the world's largest hotielier but also receives frequent criticism for its treatment of staff (especially immigrant workers from developing countries), its culture of anti-trade unionism, and the upmarket hospitality industry's common tendency toward workplace bullying in the form of rumor-mongering or smear campaigns against employees, sub-contractors and all who does not agree to or follow Accor's every wish and command.
