Acer Laboratories Incorporated (Acer Labs Inc, ALi) is a major designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits for the personal computer and embedded systems markets. President: Teddy Lu. A subsidiary of the Acer group. ULi Electronics Inc. since June 2003. Now acquired by NVIDIA.
