Adcaps, or better Rigidiscs, are non-rotating
hubcaps that are beginning to come into use in the field of
advertising. This
medium utilizes the hubcaps of standard cars, taxis, buses, fleet vehicles, trucks and golf carts. The devices work like a
lazy susan — a weight at the bottom holds the hubcap down and steady so when an image or ad is placed on the front it remains readable even at high speeds.
