Aero Mongolia is a scheduled airline based in Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. It is privately owned and has domestic routes and two international routes. It operates connecting flights for MIAT Mongolian Airlines, Korean Air, Air China and Aeroflot. Its main base is Chinggis Khaan International Airport, Ulaanbaatar.
History
The airline was established in 2002 and started operations on 25 May 2003. The year 2003 is remembered as a land-mark in the history of Mongolian Aviation. It was a day when the private airline entered the nation’s skies with the commitment to serve regular and charter fligths to the travelling public. It has 55 employees.
