Afrah Shafquat

Afrah Shafquat (b. August 25 1990) of Karachi, Pakistan, has achieved success as a very young computer programmer. She has received many certifications and awards and it considered to be an inspirational hero in Pakistan in its efforts to develop an Information Technology industrial base. Informally, she holds the titles of In recognition of her achievement, Shafquat was given ITCN-Asia 2002 Commemoration Plaque along with her elder sister Afsah Shafquat on August 12 2002 at Expo Centre by the CEO of Commerce Net Singapore. Her parents and her sisters, Afsah(b. February, 26, 1989) and Isbah (b. December 31 1986) assisted in her preparation and they are highly accomplished IT Youth in their own right.

26 February 2002 IBM Exam 486, the IBM Certified OOAD(Object Oriented Ananlyst and Designer)
15 March 2003 IBM Exam 141, the IBM Certified XML Developer
4 July 2003 Sun Certified Business Component Developer
9 July 2003 IBM Exam 484, the IBM Certified J2EE Developer

Listed are some of Isbah's certifications, which are believed to be age records:

date ? Microsoft Certified VB.Net Developer
date ? Microsoft Certified C # Programmer.

Each of the three sisters have also be recognizd by the NCR National IT Execellence Awards in the I.T. Youth category successively in the years 2003, 2004 and 2005 and their parents, who are physicians, were also recognized with a special award in 2005.
