African D (Ɖ, ɖ) is a Latin letter representing the voiced retroflex plosive [ɖ]. Its lower-case form is also used to represent this sound in the International Phonetic Alphabet.
On computers, it is represented by the Unicode code points U+0189 (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER AFRICAN D) and U+0256 (LATIN SMALL LETTER D WITH TAIL).
