The Aguasabon River is a river in Thunder Bay District, Ontario which empties into Lake Superior. In 1948, the Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario, now Ontario Power Generation, diverted the waters of Long Lake to empty through this river into Lake Superior, rather than flowing towards Hudson Bay via the Kenogami River. The hydroelectric plant on the river generates power to support a pulp and paper plant at Terrace Bay, Ontario. The river is 70 km in length.

The river plunges down 30 metres at Aquasabon Falls near Terrace Bay.
