AKADEMI BASONG / THE BASONG ACADEMY

Akadémi Basong is a non-profit institution established by Basong Malaysia that serves as an advisory forum.

One of the academy's objectives is to give recommendations of economic policies to the Malaysian government.

AKADEMIKUS / THE ACADEMICIANS

There can only be 26 natural-person academicians and three of them will hold the offices of Director, Chancellor and Perpetual Secretary.

The Director shall preside at the meetings of the academy. The Chancellor shall have the custody of the archives and the seal of the academy. The Perpetual Secretary shall prepare the work and keep the records of the academy.

There are currently academicians residing in India, Malaysia and New Zealand.
