Alar (simplified Chinese: 阿拉尔; traditional Chinese: 阿拉爾; pinyin: Ālāěr; Uyghur: ئارال) is a sub-prefecture-level city in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, in the People's Republic of China.
