Alaska Legislature

The Alaska Legislature is the state legislature of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is a bicameral institution. The upper house is the Alaska Senate, which has 20 members. The lower house is the Alaska House of Representatives which is composed of 40 members. The legislature is dominated by the Republican Party. The other party is the Democratic Party.
The Alaska Legislature meets in the state capital of Juneau, Alaska.
