Albert P. Hall (born November 10, 1937 in Boothton, Alabama) is an African-American actor. His most famous film role to date is probably that of Chief Phillips in Francis Ford Coppola's award-winning Apocalypse Now. Contemporary audiences will probably recognise Hall as stern judge Seymour Walsh, a recurring guest-role, on popular TV-shows Ally McBeal and The Practice. Hall has also made guest-appearances on popular TV-shows such as Kojak, Miami Vice, Matlock (TV series), , Strong Medicine, 24 (TV series) and Grey's Anatomy.
