AlpiEagles is an airline based in Italy. It is a privately owned regional airline operating scheduled passenger services within Italy and to some European destinations. Its main base is Marco Polo International Airport (VCE), Venice.
Code Data
History
The company was established in 1979 as an aerobatic team and later diversified into the executive transport market. In May 1996, AlpiEagles started scheduled passenger services from Venice. It is owned by Interbanca, Ithifly-Veneto Svillippo and Titano-Airontours.
Services
AlpiEagles operates the following services (at January 2005):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Cuneo, Milan, Naples, Olbia, Palermo, and Venice.
Fleet
The AlpiEagles fleet consists of 8 Fokker 100 aircraft (at April 2005). Previously 2 Boeing 737-700 were operated but these have been disposed of.
