American Airlines Flight 320 was a Lockheed L-188 Electra traveling from Chicago to New York City. On February 3 1959 it crashed into the East River on approach to LaGuardia Airport. 65 of the 72 onboard died. Pilot error was blamed.

The flight number is still used today on its Portland-Dallas/Ft. Worth route.
