Amoi Mobile is a premier handset manufacturer based in Xiamen, China.

On September 01, 2004, it has signed a worldwide commercial CDMA subscriber unit license agreement with QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), pioneer and world leader of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) digital wireless technology. Under the terms of the, royalty-bearing agreement, QUALCOMM has granted Amoi Mobile a license under its CDMA patent portfolio to develop, manufacture and distribute cdmaOne™ and CDMA2000® 1X/1xEV-DO subscriber units. The royalties payable by Amoi Mobile are at QUALCOMM’s standard rates and are the same irrespective of CDMA standard for which the subscriber units are sold.
