Ananta

Ananta is a Sanskrit word meaning "without end," or the "the infinite one".

Ananta is a commonly used name for Shesha (or 'Ananta Shesha'), an incarnation of Vishnu from Hindu tradition, in the form of a large, divine serpent with many thousands of heads.

Ananta was a spiritually based progressive rock band fronted by Ilan Chester. One of their albums was entitled "Night and Daydream" from 1978.
