Anbaran

Anbaran (Persian: عنبران) is a small Iranian town situated approximately 17 miles north-northeast of Ardabil. The population of 9000 speak Talysh. Anbaran’s map coordinates are 38.49n and 48.42e. The name is probably from Arabic عنبر (‘ánbar) and means "shops," "stores."

There is another Anbaran in Iran that is a suburb of Mashhad, in the extreme northeast of the country.
