Andrea Bowen (born March 4, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American actress best known for playing Julie Mayer on Desperate Housewives (the daughter of divorcee Susan Mayer, played by Teri Hatcher). She started acting at a young age on Broadway. At the age of 6 she played Cosette in Les Misérables, the youngest to ever play Cosette. She was also a member of the group The Broadway Kids, and has had recurring roles in such shows as Nip/Tuck, One Tree Hill, Boston Public and . She also is the new voice of Young Faline in Bambi II. In the North American version of , the character 'Girl (with moogle doll)' is voiced by her.
