Andrew J. Law, who is also known by his pen name Michael Andrew Law or simply as Andrew Law (羅卓睿) is a newspaper comic strip artist based in Hong Kong. He currently works for the Catholic Church Weekly of Hong Kong. He was born on November 13 1982.
