Anfisa Reztsova (b December 16 1964. Is a former russian biathlete and skier. She started and finished her skiing career with world championship relay gold medals at the 1985 Nordic skiing World Championships in Seefeld and Nordic skiing World Championships 1999 in Ramsau. By her course of 15 years in the top of the world she got many championship medals, also three olympic gold medals, (two in biathlon and one in Cross-country skiing). In the seasons 1991/92 and 1992/93 she won the Biathlon World Cup overall. Her best overall placing in the Cross-country skiing World Cup is second place from the season 1986/87 behind Marjo Matikainen
