Angarsk (Russian: ) is a city in Irkutsk Oblast, South-East Siberia, Russia. It lies on the Angara river, at [52°34′N 103°49′E]. The distance to Moscow is 5,150 km.

Angarsk was founded in 1948 as an industrial community and became a city on May 30, 1951. In the city there is the Angarsk Museum of Clocks and Watches, and the Angarsk State Technical Academy.

Population: 262,300 (2004 est.); 247,118 (2002 Census).

In 2005, Angarsk won the first prize in the all-Russian contest for the best pace of development of communal services.

The city is connected by the Trans-Siberian Railway. The Angarsk Tram provides public transport in the city.
