Angela Smith is also the name of the Member of Parliament for Basildon.

Angela Christine Smith (born 16 August 1961, Grimsby) is a Labour Party politician in the United Kingdom. She was a councillor on Sheffield City Council for 10 years. In 2005 she was elected Member of Parliament for Sheffield Hillsborough.
