Anthony Maglica

Anthony Maglica (born 1930 in New York) is the owner of Mag Instrument, the makers of the Maglite, a powerful and durable flashlight.
He's of Croat origin; his family comes from island of Zlarin in Croatia.
The word magla means "fog" in Croatian (and in other Slavic languages - mgla in Russian, muhgla in Bulgarian).
