Antonio Aguilar

Antonio Aguilar is a popular Mexican singer, movie actor, movie producer and movie writer. He is from a small town in Zacatecas called Tayahua. This town is close to Villanueva, Zacatecas, Mexico. The story goes that he came to California as a "Mojado" or "Wetback", and that he slept for three days in the Plazita Olvera or Olvera Street in Los Angeles. He began his acting career during the Golden Era of Mexican Cinematography. He is credited with exposing the sport of la charrería, considered to have been invented in Mexico, to international audiences.
Antonio Aguilar lived many years in Puerto Rico, where he also provided rodeos and concerts. He made many movies among his best is Caballo Prieto Azabache and Bala Perdida; these are most his movies Antonio Aguilar made from the most recent to the oldest:
