Synopsis
Prue, Piper and Phoebe try to relax and enjoy singer Paula Cole's performance at P³, but they soon find themselves back in action against the legendary Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse who are causing violent fights and road rage incidents all over San Francisco. When Prue and one of the Horsemen are sucked into a vortex between good and evil, Phoebe and Piper are forced to choose between saving their sister and saving the world. Meanwhile, Leo infiltrates the war room of the Horsemen where he encounters organized evil.Book of Shadows

- The Demon of Cruelty: The work of this demon is particularly insidious. This demon hardens the heart and corrodes the soul, leaving the soul vulnerable to all manner of evil. The Demon of Cruelty is a vicious opponent and she must be approached with great caution. She can be disarmed only by one pure of heart. That one must place a garland containing three pearls around her neck, then invoke hope, joy and love to use the pearls to cleanse the demon of her cruelty.

- The Source is referred to as the Horsemen's boss and it is said The Source and the Elders communicate with one another.
- In this episode, the Source actually saves the sisters by vanquishing the Horsemen and opening a vortex which allows Prue to return to the living.
- The episode before Shannen directs a Charmed episode, Prue always seems to be not in the episode much. This episode, Bride and Groom & Look Who's Barking all see Prue either missing or turned into something.
