Applewild School

Applewild School is a private, coeducational school in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Founded in 1957, it has some 320 students aged 5 to 15. There are 42 members of the teaching faculty, and an average class size of 13-15.
Applewild School has a 50 acre (202,000 m²) campus in the Massachusetts countryside, and stands on a hill next to an Audubon Society Wildlife Sanctuary.
The school is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools of New England and belongs to the National Association of Independent Schools.
The school's "point of pride" include:
- an award-winning jazz band
- a wireless computer network linking all six facilities on campus
- a four hundred seat Performing Arts Center
- writing, art and furniture-making mentor programs for upper school students
