Arleen Sorkin (b. October 14, 1956) is an American actress, most famous for voicing Harley Quinn in and acting as the original female co-host on America's Funniest People.

Sorkin is also known to soap opera fans as the wacky but loveable Calliope Jones on the serial Days of our Lives, which made both her and her character household names from 1984 to 1990, even though she would make return visits in 1992 and 2001 (The latter being the Christmas episode). On February 24, 2006, she reprised her role on the soap for the fourth time. She also wrote for Tiny Toon Adventures.

She is married to Christopher Lloyd, the producer of Frasier. On the show, Sorkin would perform as the caller to Frasier Crane's radio show; the lines would later be dubbed over by the celebrity caller. In the final episode of Frasier, Sorkin had an onscreen part as the owner of a monkey.
