The Army Base Repair Organisation (ABRO) is an executive agency which reports to the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence. It provides engineering, repair and re-manufacturing services to the British Army and also to the Royal Air Force, the police and some local councils. ABRO traces its history back to the foundation of the Corps of Armourers in 1858.
