Sir Arthur Stanley GCVO GBE CB KGStJ (18 November 18694 November 1947) was a British Conservative politician.

Born Hon. Arthur Stanley, he was the third son of Frederick Stanley, Lord Stanley (later 16th Earl of Derby) and travelled to Canada with his father on the latter's appointment as Governor General of Canada in 1888, becoming an ice hockey player and a member of the Rideau Hall Rebels. The family returned to England in 1893 and Stanley was elected MP for Ormskirk in 1898, a position he held until 1918. He was also Chairman of the Royal Automobile Club from 1905-36 and Treasurer of St Thomas' Hospital from 1917-43. He had been knighted for his services in 1917 and died, unmarried, in 1947.
