Arturo Colombi

Arturo Colombi (b. 1958) is an Argentine Radical Civic Union (UCR) politician, current governor of Corrientes Province.
Colombi served as provincial Minister of Public Works in the administration of then-governor, his cousin Ricardo Colombi. He was elected governor of the province in 2005, when Ricardo Colombi resigned to stand for the Argentine Chamber of Deputies; his term expires in 2007 [link].
Colombi is a leading supporter of Peronist President Néstor Kirchner in Radical ranks, and led the Frente de Todos coalition between radicals and justicialists in the October 2005 elections [link] supported by Kirchner [link][link].
