Ashanti is an administrative region in central Ghana. The traditional inhabitants of the regions are Ashanti people, one of Ghana's major ethnic groups. Most of Ghana's Cocoa is grown in Ashanti.
The Ashanti Region is subdivided into the following 21 districts:
