Astronomy is a monthly American magazine about astronomy. Targeting amateur astronomers for its readers, it contains monthly columns on sky viewing, reader-submitted astrophotographs, and articles on new developments in astronomy and astrophysics that are readable by nonscientists.

Every month Astronomy includes a new fold out star map for that month; as well as the positions of Jupiter's moons every night, the phase of the Moon, and anything that will be worthy of viewing within that month.

Astronomy has its beginnings in 1973 and is published by Kalmbach Publishing, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
