Asunción Province

The Asunción Province (Spanish: Provincia de Asunción) is one of 20 provinces of the Ancash Region of Peru. The capital of the province is the city of Chacas.

The Asunción Province is divided into two districts (Spanish: distritos, singular: distrito), each of which is headed by a mayor (alcalde):- Chacas
