Atayal language

The Atayal language is spoken by the Atayal people of Taiwan. The language has about 32 dialects, of which Sqoleq, Ts'ole' and Mayrinax are the most well-known.
The language is the northernmost and perhaps most divergent Austronesian language.[[Citing sources citation needed]]
There is a dictionary of the language and a grammar. In 2002 a bible text was published. Ayatal is written in the Latin alphabet.
