AtisWiki is a wiki engine derived by [[WikiWikiWeb:MarcusDenker|Marcus Denker]] in 1998 from CvWiki for the Abteilung Technische Infrastruktur [ˈap.ˌtai.luŋ ˈteç.ni.ʃə ˈin.fʀa.ʃtʀuk.ˌtuɐ̯] (ATIS, Division for Technical Infrastructure) of the University of Karlsruhe in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, in southwestern Germany.

Like [[WikiWikiWeb:WardsOriginalWikiEngine|Ward's original wiki engine]] and CvWiki, AtisWiki runs on Perl.

Marcus Denker now works for the Institut für Informatik und angewandte Mathematik [in.sti.ˈtuːt fyɐ̯ in.fo̯.ˈmaː.tik und ˈan.gə.van.tə ma.tə.ma.ˈtik] (IAM, Institute of Informatics and Applied Mathematics) of the University of Bern in Switzerland, and that is why AtisWiki's demonstration wiki, which is called MarcusWiki, has since moved to the Web site of that department.
