Axel Johnson AB is a Swedish food importer and retailer, and part of the Axel Johnson Group, with a history going back to 1873. Through interests in affiliated units, the company operates discount and upscale supermarkets and department stores, imports and wholesales food for supermarkets and restaurants, and invests in small and medium-sized Swedish companies. The chairman is Antonia Ax:son Johnson.
