Azariah

Azariah, meaning "God['s] help[ed]" in Hebrew, is the name of several people in the Hebrew Bible, including:
- Abednego, the new name given to an Azariah who is the companion of Daniel, Hananiah, and Mishael in the Book of Daniel
- *The Prayer of Azariah and Song of the Three Holy Children is a section regarding Abednego included in some versions of the bible
- Uzziah of Judah, an Azariah who is the king of Judah in the Books of Kings
- a Levite in the Books of Chronicles ([1 Chronicles 5:35])
- a son of Jehu mentioned in [1 Chronicles 2:38]
- a Levite mentioned in [2 Chronicles 31:13]
- the grandfather of Ezra as mentioned in the Book of Ezra ([Ezra 7:1])
- as mentioned in the Book of Nehemiah ([Nehemiah 3:23])
