Bal Harbour Shops, is an upscale open-air shopping mall located in Bal Harbour, Florida, a suburb of Miami.
Its anchors include Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Other notable stores include Armani, Prada, Chanel, Dior, Cartier and, Tiffany & Co..
It has the highest average sales per square foot of any mall in the United States, and there is a two year waiting list for space in the mall, which has occupied at 100% occupancy for more than two decades.
