Balachandran Chullikkadu is a renowned poet from Kerala, south India. He was born in July 30, 1957 at Paravoor. He completed his graduation in English literature from Maharajas college, Ernakulam. He works in the District Treasury Office. His collection of poems published are "Pathinettu kavithakal", "Amaavaasi", "Ghazal", "Maanasaantharam", "Dracula" etc.
Most of his poems are in the Malayalam language. His wife is the poetess Vijayalakshmi.
