Ban Biao

Ban Biao (; Wade-Giles: Pan Piao, 3 CE—54 CE), born in Xianyang, Shaanxi, was a Chinese historian, and an officer of the Han Dynasty. He began the Book of Han, which was completed by his son, Ban Gu.
