Baron Parr of Horton

Sir William Parr, 1st Baron Parr of Horton (died 10 September 1546) was Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1518 and 1522 and Chamberlain to his neice Catherine Parr. He married Mary (the daughter of Sir William Salisbury) - they had 4 daughters.
Parr was knighted on Christmas Day 1513. He is buried at Horton where the family estate was.
