right Beacon Hill is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the north-east section of Ottawa. Beacon Hill was a part of Gloucester until it was amalgamated with the new city of Ottawa. It is sometimes colloquially referred to as "Beaks" or "The Hill". It is also the home to the campfire sounds of the A B Steez, who will be playing at Babylon night club in downtown Ottawa on Aug. 25th 2006.

Beacon Hill is a primarily residential area, but includes the Robert O. Pickard water treatment plant, the CSIS campus, the National Research Council of Canada campus, and three major Ottawa high schools including Colonel By. It is bounded by the Greenbelt, including the Green's Creek ravine area.
